I met this dance group for the first time in 2011, where I took the picture. One of several pictures that was the beginning of our friendship, but the beginning of a very exciting development for Freddie and his Boracay Phoenix Fire Dancers. The pictures they received from me have been widely used in their marketing, which has contributed to more exciting missions around Asia.

For those who study pictures carefully, one looks that the little boy in 2016 has become a very well-developed young man in 2016. There has been a lot of sweat and tears, but that has also given success and a strong and healthy body.

To sit down on your knees and bend backwards to lay your head in the ground while joking with the flames, do only after many years of exercise and exercise. This is impressive performance and great art.

The technique of taking pictures like this is to use long exposure. To get it in the Canon EOS 7D, and most SLRs, one must use the trigger in two seconds before the shutter opens to the measured time, which is 1.6 seconds. So here Freddie must be left alone for 3.6 seconds with his body as he juggles his arms. Few, even in his own group, do it after him.

I still have one travel guides from Boracay Dream Island.
